Job Summary:
The Production Team Member supports manufacturing operations by performing a variety of production tasks within a plastic injection molding environment. This position is responsible for safely operating equipment, handling molded parts, completing quality checks, and performing assembly or packaging activities in accordance with standard work instructions. The position contributes to meeting production, quality, and safety objectives while working as part of a cross-functional production team.Job Responsibilities:
Meet the expectations and standards set forth by IATF 16949 andISO 14001
requirements. Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Perform production tasks in accordance with all standardized work instructions for assigned products and jobs. Use required hand tools and secondary equipment to assemble, inspect, and rework plastic parts as needed. Sort, inspect, and rework material to identify and remove reject or nonconforming parts. Verify part quality through visual inspection and the use of inspection or verification equipment as required. Accurately complete all required documentation, including process verification sheets, quality checks, and daily production reports. Utilize RT stations and related systems to scan and record inventory and production data into the ERP system. Communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, safety risks, and production problems promptly to Switches, Team Leaders, or Supervisors. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping of the assigned work area in accordance with 5S standards. Attend daily start-up meetings, safety talks, and other required communication or training meetings. Assist with training and supporting new hires or newly assigned team members to ensure adherence to standardized work. Make suggestions for improvements to standardized work, quality processes, safety practices, or other plant operations. Support continuous improvement efforts and team-based problem solving initiatives. Perform other production-related duties as assigned to support operational needs.Behavioral Expectation:

Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced production environment. Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as required.
