In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce a high-quality product. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining strict safety standards. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and manufacturing knowledge will drive success on the production floor. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various machines. Interpret job orders to ensure accuracy. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and following proper handling procedures for materials. Assist with materials handling, packaging finished products, and supporting operations as needed. Collaborate with team members to support manufacturing processes. Qualifications Proven experience operating machines. Strong mechanical knowledge. Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to machine maintenance and quality control.
