Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage all incoming and outgoing materials. The role includes regular data entry responsibilities and occasional local deliveries using a flatbed truck. This is a low-stress position in a comfortable, but fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and customer repair orders. Prepare and load outgoing materials and repair orders for pick-up by various couriers Perform accurate and timely data entry related to inventory and shipments. Operate a flatbed truck for local deliveries on an as-needed basis. Operate fork-lift for loading and off-loading shipments, various tasks Maintain clean and organized warehouse and work areas. Follow all safety and company protocols.

Requirements:

Manual labor experience or ability to perform physically demanding work Good math skills and attention to detail. Fast-paced environment readiness and strong work ethic Ability to safely operate a flatbed truck Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks Forklift experience (certification a plus) Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, scanning equipment) Dependability, teamwork, and good communication skills Ability to lift 50lbs by self and higher weight within a team setting and stand/walk for extended periods Must have a Valid driver's license
