The Palletizer supports production operations through machine setup, quality verification, preventative maintenance, and adherence to food packaging safety standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the robotic palletizing system to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate production flow. Perform machine setup, job changeovers, barcode generation, and material preparation according to job specifications. Conduct quality inspections and verify pallet patterns, labels, and product requirements to ensure compliance with customer and company standards. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Support equipment reliability through routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S standards and housekeeping expectations. Follow food packaging safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies and procedures. Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns promptly to leadership. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational objectives. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read, understand, and apply information from instruction manuals, procedure manuals, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain accurate production records and documentation. Commitment to food packaging safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.
