Blender - Chemical Manufacturing Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced Blender to join a manufacturing team. The Blender is responsible for accurately staging, weighing, and blending raw materials according to established formulas while maintaining cGMP, safety, and quality standards . Competitive pay Weekly pay through Precision Staffing Opportunity for long-term employment Gain valuable experience in chemical manufacturing Work in a quality- and safety-focused production environment Responsibilities Stage raw materials and ingredients for production Accurately weigh and blend formulas according to specifications Read and follow blending tickets, procedures, work instructions, and other production documentation Maintain raw material integrity in designated storage areas Unload tanker trucks safely and efficiently Follow all safety regulations, cGMP requirements, company BOPs, and work instructions Perform sanitation and cleaning of manufacturing equipment as assigned Complete weekly calibration verification of scales in blending and production areas Perform wastewater treatment activities as assigned Perform routine operator maintenance on blending equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify Maintenance of required repairs Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Work productively with minimal supervision while meeting production requirements Qualifications 3 years of prior chemical or blending experience preferred 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred Understanding of chemicals, measuring, and blending processes Strong math and measurement skills Ability to accurately read and follow formulas, blending tickets, procedures, and work instructions Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
