Job Description
LP/HP Operator Shift:
6:00pm-6:30am Rotating 2 days on/2 days off with every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)Pay:
$18.25/hr Operate and control all equipment associated with the high-pressure gassing operation including all vessels and transporters.- Set vessel cycles according to the required schedule and specification
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office Products)
- Initiate cycles to standard procedure
- Monitor, trouble shoot and adjust cycles while maintaining standard running conditions to specification of product
- Collect and prepare samples as specified
- Operation of the Venjakob Talc spraying lines and all associated equipment
- Input all machine and quality related date into AX and other data gathering tools and maintain all paperwork as required.
- Cross-train and demonstrate personal competency in other production areas. (Fabrication, Talc Spray, Extrusion, LP) to fulfill company production needs.
- Ensure safe running of all equipment to internal safety guidelines
- Ensure the department and all associated areas are maintained in a safe, orderly, and tidy manner
- Ensure the Team Lead is informed of all issues and problems
