$28.00 - $32.00/hour for candidates with ~5 years of experience. $33.00+/hour for highly experienced candidates (5+ years).

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to take the helm of our CNC Press Brake and Laser Cutting machines. You will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, producing high-precision sheet metal parts for our custom equipment.

What You'll Do:

Machine Operation:

Set up and operate CNC Laser Cutters and Press Brakes to cut and bend sheet metal (steel, aluminum, stainless) to exact specifications.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret mechanical blueprints, fabrication drawings, and flat patterns to determine machine setup and complex bend sequences.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts during production using calipers, protractors, and tape measures to ensure tight tolerances.

Maintenance & Handling:

Safely load/unload heavy sheet metal and perform basic daily machine maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

5-10 years of proven experience setting up and operating Press Brakes and/or CNC Lasers in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of bend allowances/deductions and precision measuring tools.

Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for 10-hour shifts, and perform repetitive physical motions safely.
