This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, adhering to safe operating procedures and the ability to maintain quality standards in a production environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements, including fractions Ability to inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate and maintain woodworking equipment High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with woodworking tools and equipment preferred Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to wood dust and varying temperatures At Completeful Technologies , we combine craftsmanship with innovation to produce personalized products that bring joy to customers around the world.
