Job Description
Second Shift 3:30 pm-1:30 am
Clean machine daily.
Stay current and knowledgeable on piping system.
Trouble-shoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.
Perform set-up and change over on all filling machines.
Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.
Research and recommend product improvementsAbility to Demonstrate and learn the following levelsLevel 8 (Including knowledge of previous levels)Line Operation(across all machines)
OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
Summary:
This position requires that the employee stand in a central location for long periods of time to operate and maintain machine.Primary Duties:
Keep machine running continuously. Make all necessary machine changes to accommodate the size of tubes being produced.Clean machine daily.
Stay current and knowledgeable on piping system.
Trouble-shoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.
Perform set-up and change over on all filling machines.
Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.

Non-Essential Duties:
Maintain clean and safe work spacePerform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisorExperience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Minimum of six (6) months related experience and / or training in a manufacturing / production environment.OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
