Batchmaker If you are interested in chemical manufacturing, then consider this Batchmaker position! You'll help create specialty adhesives at a well-established, fast-paced company. Responsibilities of the Batchmaker Follow work instructions to select and mix raw chemical materials Monitor and control mixing equipment and other instruments Adjust each batch under QC guidance until it is approved Communicate concerns or potential process improvements to Supervisor Comply with all PPE standards and keep work area clean, safe, and organized Perform related duties as assigned Qualifications of the Batchmaker Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Basic math skills and ability to read digital scales Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment Good communication skills in English Ability to lift 50-60 lbs. The Batchmaker works a full-time, first-shift schedule for $20-$22/hour, depending on experience.
