Canton, Massachusetts CoWorx is seeking Machine Operators on Night Shift in the Canton, MA area! Looking for a four-day workweek? We're seeking reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team as a Machine Operator. If you enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, take pride in producing quality products, and want to be part of a team that values safety and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while working with advanced extrusion equipment used to produce products.Shift:
Monday through Thursday 6 PM - 6 AM. Fridays off! Built in overtime!Responsibilities:
Operating extrusion and production equipment. Loading raw materials into machines and unloading finished products. Monitoring equipment performance and production quality throughout the shift. Starting up, shutting down, and overseeing daily machine operations. Performing basic troubleshooting and responding to equipment issues. Communicating effectively with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Production teams. Reporting safety concerns, hazards, or equipment abnormalities promptly. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting with material handling and lifting materials weighing up to 50lbs.Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to work overtime and assist on alternate shifts when need. Prior manufacturing experience required. Experience operating touch-screen (PLC) production equipment. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Other Information:
