An Assembly Machine Operator operates and maintains machines that assemble components as part of a manufacturing process. Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
High school diploma or GED required; must be comfortable working in a cleanroom and following strict protocols. Must be able to wear required PPE, including hair bouffant, gloves, face mask, safety glasses, and composite-toe safety shoes. Must be able to perform physically demanding work and stand for up to 95% of the shift. Preferred Qualifications Build, clean, and package Single-Use assemblies according to Engineering Process Records (EPRs), engineering drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Follow all safety protocols by wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and reporting near misses or first aid incidents. Maintain ISO Class 7 cleanroom standards by adhering to cleanroom protocols and cGMP requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow change control procedures. Identify and escalate potential process or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area by following 6S workplace organization standards. Ensure inventory accuracy by returning unused parts/components in properly sealed bags with correct part numbers and lot traceability. Comply with

2015 quality standards and company quality objectives in all manufacturing activities. Meet production schedules to support on-time customer deliveries. Accurately complete and sign Engineering Process Records (EPRs) for each assembly operation performed. Complete assembly work within the allotted production time specified on work orders. Maintain a "Build it Right the First Time" mindset to ensure quality and minimize rework. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
