Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing equipment used to produce and assemble components for industrial automation systems. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and basic specifications. Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills CNC or automated machinery experience. Experience with cutting, drilling, milling, forming, or similar fabrication equipment. Mechanical/electrical assembly experience. Experience performing quality inspections. Familiarity with ERP/MRP or manufacturing tracking systems. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery according to work instructions and specifications. Load materials and components into machines and monitor production cycles. Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers. Inspect completed parts using measuring tools to ensure dimensional and quality requirements are met. Identify equipment or product issues and perform basic troubleshooting. Complete production documentation and accurately record completed work. Maintain equipment and work areas according to safety and 5S standards. Work with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues. #
