Machine Operator to Direct Small Crew Confidential Foxborough, MA Job Details Full-time $90 - $95 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Groundwater Utility system installation projects Hoisting License OSHA 10 Driver's License Construction plans Following blueprint specifications Leading team collaboration initiatives Underground utility pipelaying projects Water management system pipelaying projects Crew management Machine minor repairs Sewer line installation Full Job Description We are looking to add an Operator with skills to direct a small crew with the following qualifications: 7 years experience in the water, sewer, drainage industry Ability to install sewer and water mains and all appurtenances Ability to manage groundwater, road plates, and trench boxes Strong leadership and communication Supervise a crew of 3 or more people Must have valid Drivers License Must have valid Massachusetts Hoisting license (2A) Must have OSHA 10 Must know how to read plans 8 hour shifts but must be available for emergencies at anytime Preemployment drug screening Must maintain machines on site (grease daily, report anything damaged/broken) 95% of work is prevailing wage work
