As part of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment effectively. Load materials into machines and oversee machine performance. Weigh finished products and package completed materials. Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Document production information accurately. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or warehouse environments. Proficiency in operating, monitoring, loading, and troubleshooting machines. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours. Strong attention to detail for weighing products and inspecting packaging. Reliability and consistent attendance. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of manufacturing experience. Ability to lift 35-50 pounds occasionally. Basic math skills.
