Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various machinery within a factory setting, particularly laminators, embossers, and printers. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machines and printers to fabricate components according to specifications. Set up machinery for production runs, including adjusting tools and equipment as necessary. Conduct quality checks on finished products using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure compliance with design specifications. Assemble parts and materials as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the manufacturing process. Handle materials safely and efficiently during the production process. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any operational issues that arise. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility is required. Familiarity with laminators, embossers, and printers is highly desirable. Knowledge of materials handling techniques and safety protocols within a factory environment. Understanding of GD&T principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
