Machine Operator / Assembler - Manufacturing We're hiring Machine Operators and Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Hopkinton, MA. This is a hands-on position working with molded parts in a clean, team-oriented production environment. What You'll Do Operate molding and production equipment Assemble, trim, clean, mark, and package molded parts Use small hand tools to trim and finish products Follow work instructions and production specifications Inspect finished parts for quality and identify defects Accurately record production information Label and package completed products Maintain a clean and safe work area Cross-train in different areas of production as needed What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Comfortable performing repetitive work with small and medium-sized parts Ability to read and follow written work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable and able to work well as part of a team Ability to communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and coworkers Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Why Apply?
