Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating filling equipment to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of our food products. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values food safety, and has a strong mechanical aptitude. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety in food production. Responsibilities Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure proper flow, fill levels, and product consistency. Perform routine inspections and adjustments on equipment to maintain optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), to ensure food safety and sanitation. Assist with cleaning and sanitation of machinery and work areas to meet strict sanitation standards. Support packaging processes by ensuring labels, seals, and containers meet quality specifications. Document production data accurately, including batch numbers, fill weights, and machine performance logs. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and efficiently. Skills Knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in manufacturing or food processing environments preferred. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues is highly beneficial. Familiarity with sanitation procedures within a food production setting. Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills for effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
