We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Marlborough, MA . We have openings available on both 1st and 2nd shift . This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, packaging, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other FDA-regulated environments . Available Shifts 1st

Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00

AM Pay:

$22/hour

Schedule:

4x10 work schedule

Overtime:

Potential overtime available on Fridays What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures and work instructions Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks Assist with basic preventative maintenance activities Support material handling and inventory activities Maintain proper segregation and tracking of materials and lot numbers Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality Complete production and manufacturing documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company procedures related to safety, quality, and manufacturing practices Follow GMP and other regulated manufacturing requirements Report equipment issues or production problems to supervisors or technicians Maintain accurate records of work-in-process and component inventory Take responsibility for maintaining product quality throughout the production process What We're Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment Experience working in an FDA-regulated, medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar environment preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment Ability to maintain accurate documentation and production records Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to adapt to changing priorities Reliable and able to follow established safety and quality procedures Work Environment This position is located in a manufacturing environment. Employees may be required to wear appropriate PPE, including: Gloves Hair nets Safety glasses PPE requirements may vary depending on the work area.
