A company that embraces innovation is currently seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Middleboro, MA.

Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

• Set-up and Operated manufacturing machines
• Monitor machines making adjustments and stopping/starting the machines as needed
• Assemble parts and pieces together following all work orders, instructions and specifications
• Inspect assemblies for proper fits and make adjustments as needed
• Perform refurbishing, bypass, and sub-assemblies
• Complete tests and inspections of products
• Utilize measuring tools including OD Micrometer, Vernier and Drop Gage during quality checks ensuring specifications are consistently met
• Remove scrap metal from machines
• Report any equipment or tooling failures
• Maintain daily logs, documentation, and inspection reports
• Follow all work instructions and work orders
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Machine Operator:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years Machine operation experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Past experience using measuring tools such as OD Micrometer, Vernier and Drop Gage
• Mechanically Inclined
• able to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic Math skills
• Able to lift and carry 40lbs regularly
• Superior attention to detail
• able to train on the first shift 1st shift:

Hours:

4:30am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday OR 6:30am-3:00pm

Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

$18.00

• 20.

00/hr 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

up to 22.00/hr
