  • 8 key areas): 1.
Operate in safe manner, following safety guidelines and understand controls 2. Understand program settings for like products, new as required (tension settings, seal roll, etc. for similar gage/width). Monitor several data sources for proper working ranges (example top roll temperature, atmosphere flows and composition, etc.) and adjust as necessary. 3. Use
SAP & MES.
Verify coil data, input relevant information as necessary, maintain records. 4. Follow traveler / quality procedures on relevant sequence settings (temperature, speed, etc.). 5. Run coils
  • load, weld (strand), process, unload 6. Identify maintenance needs, PM as possible 7. Identify quality improvements and use problem solving thinking Role Requirements (education, experience, skill set): a. Read and write English b. License to properly use fork truck c. Detail oriented
  • follow operating procedures in precise order d. Familiar with computers a plus
  • ex SAP, MES, etc.
e. Use and understand measurement devices (micrometers, tape measures, instrument read outs, etc.)
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
