SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

: Responsible for the handling of secondary processing extruded and reinspection of all non-first quality finished products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Set up converting equipment for conversion, rework or reinspection of material according to specifications. Perform winding, sizing, cutting and packaging operations according to specifications. Set up and operate equipment electrical controls. Oversee and adjust the operation of the equipment during converting or packaging. Prepare converted material for pick up and transfer. Operate, when necessary, material handling equipment for pick up. Assist production lines when required or directed to do so. Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate fashion. Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCY

: Demonstrated math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) plus decimals, fractions, and percentages. Basic computer skills Written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Self-motivated
