Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Shift:

You'll be: Operating and setting up embossing and converting machinery according to daily production schedules Reading schedules to determine machine changeover timing, ensuring sufficient inventory for production runs Starting and stopping machine operations using control panels, aligning or fastening machine parts, and adjusting rollers, blades, temperature, speed, and flow rate Threading or feeding film through rollers, inspecting material for defects, and making necessary machine adjustments Recording production run quantities, following SOPs and job orders, and performing quality control checks on products and materials Cleaning machines and parts between runs, and handling materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts/fork trucks Consulting with team leads or technical staff on complex or questionable items Following safety protocols and hazardous material handling requirements, including using a respirator as needed Cross-training in other departments and assisting other operators as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (required) Bring experience in a manufacturing environment and/or possess mechanical aptitude (preferred) Have strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and basic computer proficiency Are willing to learn, cross-train, and work flexibly—including overtime and occasional weekends Can stand, walk, and lift up to 65 lbs frequently, and are able to complete respiratory clearance as needed Are comfortable working in a 100% non-smoking environment What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
