Client is seeking Manufacturing Operators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career as a Certified Inspector . The company manufactures precision components used in military, aerospace, and medical equipment , where attention to detail and quality are critical. Responsibilities Handle and inspect very small precision parts with accuracy. Use tweezers and microscopes to inspect components. Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures. Complete training to become a Certified Inspector. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Ensure products meet strict quality specifications. Qualifications High attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination. Ability to work with very small parts using tweezers. Comfortable using or learning to use microscopes. Good manual dexterity and patience. Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus but not required . Willingness to learn and complete the company's training program.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
