Our client is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to maintain high standards in food safety and production efficiency. Join our client's team and contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Ensure clean, safe, and organized work areas. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and GMP policies and procedures. Comply with health, sanitation, and USDA regulations. Assemble boxes, pack meat products, and weigh and load boxes on pallets. Operate machinery such as box sealers, scales, and vacuum sealers. Use an electric pallet jack efficiently. Collect, wash, and sanitize boxes for reuse in production. Notify management of any necessary repairs or adjustments. Requirements of the Machine Operator Ability to work long periods in a cold environment (28°F). Capability to lift 70 lbs. or more and push/pull heavy objects. Frequent bending and lifting at the waist/knees. Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
