About the Position We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Food Packaging Workers to join our production team on a temporary, seasonal basis. The primary responsibility of this position will be operating and monitoring food packaging equipment, with a strong focus on flow wrapping operations . The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor food packaging machinery, primarily flow wrap equipment. Set up and adjust equipment as needed to maintain efficient production. Monitor product quality and packaging throughout the production process. Ensure products are packaged accurately and meet company quality standards. Perform routine checks of machinery and report equipment issues to Maintenance. Load materials and supplies into packaging equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy. Work effectively with other production team members. Perform other production and packaging duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous machine operation, packaging, food manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Experience operating a flow wrapper or similar packaging equipment is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work weekends as needed. Ability to follow food safety and workplace safety requirements. Position Details This is a true temporary/seasonal position intended to support our increased seasonal production needs. Employment will be based on seasonal business requirements.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
