Who We Are Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a team player who's ready to bring their mechanical savvy and problem-solving abilities to the forefront of security technology. You're perfect for this role if you have: High School diploma or equivalent Ability to physically operate a machine. Ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting. Basic math skills, high school graduate or equivalent Basic computer skills Must be mobile to move from one work area to another and lift 40 pounds Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills

What You Will Do:

Operate machines for Keys

• parts and assemblies.

Operate manual, automated and secondary machining equipment as needed. Work with the Team Lead and Area Manager to produce products based on the work order and production schedules. Meet quality standards, on time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations. Participate in team meetings to improve teams performance, solve problems, improve safety and 5S Must be able to meet or exceed performance measures after training Perform any additional duties required to ensure smooth operation of product centers and support areas.
