Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator who is highly hands-on and comfortable working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who can not only run machines, but also troubleshoot, adjust, and perform basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Schedules available:

Monday - Friday 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments Perform routine maintenance such as oiling, cleaning, and repairs Identify and resolve machine issues before escalating to maintenance Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production standards Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

2-3+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to adjust, maintain, and repair machines as needed Comfortable being hands-on with equipment (not CNC/automated-focused) Ability to work independently and make quick decisions on the floor Reliable and detail-oriented

Preferred:
