Full-time, 3rd shift (M-F, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) We are hiring Assembly Operators for a growing manufacturing operation in Taunton. This is a full-time, overnight opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable performing hands-on production work in a structured manufacturing environment. This position offers consistent hours, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs. What You'll Do Assemble and handle manufactured components according to written work instructions Use basic hand tools and production equipment Inspect parts for visible defects and workmanship issues Complete required production and quality documentation Package or move completed materials as directed Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures Work with team members to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or machine-operation experience is preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work Ability to work a consistent 3rd-shift schedule High school diploma or GED preferred Candidates with experience as an Assembly Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Packager, or Warehouse Associate are encouraged to apply! #CNX100
