Job Summary:
Responsible for performing medium to high complexity assembly operations to produce a variety of planar-based biosensors for core analyzers. Under general supervision, also supports complex assembly operations for prototypes and pilot builds for engineering. Requires the ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly operations using epoxies, solvents, and chemicals while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Work under a microscope for extended periods of time Operate process equipment including auto dispensers, pipettes, laser cutters, and electroplating equipment Follow assembly procedures, drawings, verbal instructions, and documentation to assemble products Prepare and assemble sensor cards, including UV epoxying and packaging Communicate issues clearly to management and engineering teams Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and engineering teams
Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or trade school equivalent Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions Experience with QSR/ISO regulations and training (AP, TP, OI, OP) is a plus
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to [25-50] pounds as required. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, or climb as needed. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., noise, temperature, equipment). Ability to operate tools, machinery, or technical equipment. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) required. Targeted Salary Range:
