Machine Operator We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with robotic and gasket production equipment. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates with general manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Operate production and robotic machinery Load and unload materials as needed Perform basic machine setup and shutdown Monitor equipment during production Inspect finished products for quality Follow work instructions and safety procedures Keep the work area clean and organized Meet daily production goals Assist with basic troubleshooting and process improvements

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Comfortable working around production equipment Dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Must be able to wear a respirator when working with paint or solvents Limited or no facial hair may be required for proper respirator fit

Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM-4:30

PM Friday:

6:00 AM-3:30 PM One Saturday per month: 6:00 AM-12:00 PM Minimum 40 hours per week. #

WOR Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
