Finish Technician -
Rubber Parts & Assembly Location:
Woburn, MA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30
PM Pay :
$20.00 per hour This position is temporary to permanent Hiring ASAP | Background Check Required Before Start We are hiring Finish Technicians in Woburn, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with recent production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality parts. You'll work in the Finishing Room, completing final assembly, inspection, cleaning, packaging, and preparation of rubber parts and components for shipment. What You'll Do Process work orders according to customer specifications. Perform final assembly and finishing of parts. Tag, clean, label, and prepare parts for shipping. Count, bag, and box parts accurately. Apply adhesives to bond materials and components. Inspect parts and identify acceptable vs. defective products. Use basic measuring tools such as digital calipers and rulers. Follow written work instructions and production procedures. Work independently while also taking direction from team leaders. Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity throughout the workday. What We're Looking For Recent production, manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on work experience preferred. Ability to read, understand, and speak English. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Basic computer skills are a plus. Strong hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity for assembling small parts. Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned orders. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as digital calipers and rulers. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods. Dependable, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team.
