2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Includes a 10% shift premium Scheduled group tour: October 1st, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM 3rd

11:30 PM to 8:00 AM Includes a 13% shift premium Scheduled group tour: September 30th, 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM Please note that initial training is expected to take place during the 1st shift. Core Duties Manage coating and laminating equipment to ensure film meets specific client requirements. Configure machine settings including speed, tension, airflow, threading, and temperature. Utilize hydraulic lifts or hand cranks to load necessary raw materials. Handle various adhesive, silicone, and non-silicone mixtures. Maintain high standards by visually inspecting products for scratches, defects, or other quality concerns. Adhere strictly to process folders, customer guidelines, and active work orders. Perform necessary machine tweaks and troubleshoot minor operational issues to keep production running smoothly. Execute essential calculations and measurements regarding volume, weight, distance, and unit conversions. Utilize standard hand tools like socket sets, screwdrivers, and hammers as necessary. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Qualifications Possession of a GED or High School Diploma, or equivalent professional background. Between 12 and 18 months of relevant manufacturing experience, contingent upon the specific coating equipment used. Prior experience operating industrial or heavy machinery is highly desirable. Proven ability to interpret process specifications and written work instructions. Demonstrated proficiency in performing fundamental mathematical calculations. Ability to independently lift up to 70 lbs and assist in moving film rolls weighing up to 200 lbs. Comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to heat, noise, airborne dust, and moving equipment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Facility Visit Candidates are required to participate in a group tour of the facility prior to advancing in the hiring process.
