Start as a Press Assistant and advance to Press Operator within approximately 6-8 months. Set up and operate printing equipment for production runs. Load materials, change tooling, and manage inks to ensure quality output. Monitor machine performance, color quality, and production standards. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Complete quality checks and maintain a safe work environment. What We're Looking For Previous machine operating experience with complex manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Machine operation experience in any industry. Training will be provided! Forklift experience.
