Job Description
Hiring 2nd And 3rd Shift Production Associates in Oceanside!!! $20 - $23 (Open To Training) Job Description The machine operator will be supporting manufacturing operations will be making elements. This position requires operating rolling tables, trimming machines, and finishing tools while ensuring products meet safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate various element machines. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Inspect incoming and in‑process materials for defects or damage. Record production data, inspections, and process checks accurately. Verify glue application for accuracy, consistency, and diameter per manufacturing standards. Perform manual trimming to remove excess material and expose serial numbers. Conduct detailed visual inspections to identify damage, defects, or quality issues. Load and unload products from manufacturing transport equipment. Document serial numbers, defects, scrap, and rejects in production logs. Notify Production Lead or Supervisor of recurring or increased defect trends. Support rework, cleanup, and other production activities as needed. Conduct leak testing and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality. Inspect products for cosmetic and functional defects using calibrated measuring tools. Essential Skills Knowledge of tools. Commitment to safety compliance in a manufacturing environm Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.15 - $23.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
