Machine Operator Job Description This position involves operating machines specifically for rollers. The role requires physical strength for lifting tasks and independent work in a small cell team environment. Responsibilities Lift up to 50lbs regularly. Load material into the machine efficiently. Operate the machine to produce rollers. Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure precision. Work independently in a team of 2-4 people. Meet production goals of 140 rollers per hour. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in machine operating. Ability to lift 50lbs. Experience in assembly and general production. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Experience with shear or press brake equipment is beneficial. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
