Job Description
Machine Operator Position, Start immediately, $20-24/hour (Depending on shift)
Description:
Reference work orders to set up the production filling line according to product and run specifications. Lead the process of setting up production filling lines and operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Facilitate and lead adjustments to machine settings and perform light repairs as required to meet product specifications and quality standards. Document all production activities accurately per GMP requirements using Product History Records (PHRs). Check bottles placed on the line to ensure they meet quality requirements before filling and packaging. Monitor product filling and packaging equipment to ensure effective and consistent operation throughout the production run. Make necessary adjustments to equipment to ensure correct fill levels and product consistency are established and maintained. Communicate promptly with manufacturing leaders regarding any product that does not meet quality standards. Verify that all correct raw materials are used for each production run and ensure proper material usage throughout the process. Complete and report all required documentation and production logs in a timely and accurate manner. Troubleshoot issues on filling equipment to return the production line to normal operation quickly and efficiently. Meet and exceed production requirements based on the capacity for each filling line.Pay & Shift:
1st 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday 2nd 4:30pm-2:55am Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday 3rd 10:30pm-6:30am Monday-Friday- Will train on first shift for a few weeks Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Gurnee, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
