Position Title:
Rotary Die Cutter Operator Pay Rate:
$23.88 plus shift differential
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (3 pm - 11 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday's when scheduled)

The Job You Will Perform:
Machine capabilities and limitations (must be capable of running machine at safe speeds) . Set-up procedures. Quality - Maintains quality requirements in accordance with company standards. Demonstrated ability to detect, prevent, and resolve quality issues, involving management for resolution of issues or confirming quality expectations as needed to ensure top quality to meet customer needs.
Die Cutting:
cut to print register elimination of score cracking, cutting and stripping.
Joining:
Square folding, automatic bottoms, gap control, adhesion.
Printing:
Coverage, registration, crush, sharpness, viscosity.
Sheet scoring:
Dimensions, score quality. Responsible for set up duties as assigned. Adds/removes machine parts by hand, utilizing wrenches, as needed. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support production goals. Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required. Machine / production floor general housekeeping responsibilities.
The Skills You Will Bring:
A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required. Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
