Required Education
High School DiplomaRequired Experience
Two years of manufacturing experience
Experience working in a regulated environment
Experience operating manufacturing equipment
Experience with machine setup operation minor maintenance preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience working with production processes and quality procedures

Responsibilities
Set up operate and adjust a variety of production equipment including automated machine processes and controls
Perform routine assembly line production functions including filling packing assembling labeling and inspecting
Perform minor routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot basic equipment performance and product quality issues
Inspect in process parts to ensure consistent quality
Remove defective products packaging and component materials
Use prescribed gauges jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances
Assist with root cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions
Monitor quality according to statistical process or other control procedures
Maintain accurate quality safety and maintenance documentation
Identify the need for minor equipment repairs
Perform cleanup functions in sterilized areas as required
Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures
Follow all client safety policies and procedures
Work overtime as required to meet client business requirements
Work flexible or extended hours when required
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Work effectively with team members and across departments
