What You'll Do:
Set up and operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. Manage multiple machines while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality systems to maintain high standards. Visually inspect products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Perform basic data collection and computer entries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Adapt to changing production needs and move across manufacturing areas as required. Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to successfully complete drug screening and background check. Minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience in manufacturing or related field. Reliable, with a demonstrated history of dependability. Mechanical aptitude or previous mechanical experience preferred. Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of basic math and computer/data-entry skills. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible to changing needs. Willing to receive training on different shifts if necessary. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Willingness to work overtime as required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience operating complex manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing systems like PLM, MES, ERP, or SAP. Background working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Continuous improvement mindset to help enhance processes.
Preferred Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
Additional Requirements:
