Job Description

This role is responsible for performing work as needed to set up, maintain, convert, and prepare for events hosted at Northwest Stadium.
Responsibilities:
Effectively lead part-time employees and contracted conversion crew members. Review conversion tasks, outlines, and schedules daily to ensure that all requirements are clear and the expectations of the set up are understood. Work within established operating procedures for facility maintenance and event conversions, for the specific needs of the facility and event. Execute event preparation duties including (but not limited to) setting up tables, chairs, tents, pipe-and-drape, stages, stanchions, signage, and bike rack with attention to safety and security. Maintain, organize, and inventory all conversion-related equipment and storage areas. Respond to requests from management, vendors, guests, event organizers/planners, and team representatives in a timely manner. Lead by example exhibiting the team's core values and display a high standard of performance and the ability to communicate these expectations to the team to achieve excellent results. Other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be age 18 or above with a high school diploma or equivalent education Ability to lift 25 lbs., 50 lbs., and 80 lbs. regularly Ability to perform duties proactively and collaboratively required Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, holidays Availability to work all 10 Washington Commanders home games Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills required Ability to anticipate, plan, recommend, implement, and follow through with tasks required Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Preferred Associates degree or higher Supervisory experience Previous experience within a sports or events field Forklift certified We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
