2nd
Shift:
Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm The Opportunity This position supports a specialized manufacturing operation within a team-oriented production environment. The company is seeking a safety-conscious, dependable individual interested in hands-on manufacturing work with opportunities to learn a variety of equipment and processes through on-the-job training. Responsibilities Perform production tasks such as needle making and sewing Operate automated weaving equipment and looms Support carbon fiber processing and manufacturing operations Assist with material handling and equipment loading/unloading Inspect equipment, materials, and finished products for quality standards Record manufacturing and process data accurately Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team support efforts What They Are Looking For High School diploma or GED equivalent Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read, write, and understand job specifications Basic math aptitude Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work safely within a manufacturing environment Benefits & Perks 16 ETO days 12 paid holidays, including winter closure Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective day one 401(k) company match effective day one Tuition reimbursement Sign-on bonus
