Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating commercial embroidery machines and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work. Duties Operate and monitor commercial embroidery machines Hoop and load garments accurately according to job specifications Read and interpret embroidery designs and production instructions Set up machines and make adjustments as needed Troubleshoot basic machine and tension issues Maintain consistent quality and accuracy throughout production Inspect finished garments for quality and proper placement Cut backing, trim threads, fold garments, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain a clean and organized embroidery work area Communicate any production or design issues with the production team Assist with other production or shop duties as needed Experience Previous embroidery machine experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and follow production instructions Basic machine troubleshooting skills Reliable and dependable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Team player with a positive attitude Experience in apparel, screen printing, sewing, or garment production is a plus Schedule Part-time Consistent daytime hours Schedule can be discussed based on availability and production needs Additional hours may be available during our busy season No benefits are offered with this part-time position.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
