• Job Description
• Join a rapidly growing medical device company specializing in the production of oxygen concentrators. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for the washing, assembly, and disassembly of components within a cleanroom environment. This role offers opportunities to learn various tasks across different areas of the warehouse and requires minimal use of hand tools.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform washing, assembly, and disassembly of oxygen concentrator components. + Utilize hand tools for basic assembly tasks. + Move across various areas of the warehouse to perform different tasks. + Ensure components are assembled with attention to detail, following manufacturing procedure booklets. + Participate in quality inspection and general production activities.
• Essential Skills
• + Ability to read and understand written instructions in English and articulate them back to the supervisor. + Experience in basic hand assembly, similar to step-by-step furniture assembly. + Attention to detail to ensure correct assembly of oxygen containers.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in manufacturing and assembly within a cleanroom environment is preferred.

• Work Environment
• The role is based in a cleanroom environment, requiring flexibility to work either the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or the 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM schedule from Sunday to Thursday.

The warehouse is relatively clean but can experience temperature variations, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Technicians may also assist in unloading and loading freight at the dock and are expected to maintain a clean workstation despite the possibility of encountering dirty components.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
