OVERTIME INCENTIVES

Earn extra cash just for showing up and working your scheduled overtime: ✔ $15 Bonus for completing a 6-day work week with perfect attendance ✔ $25 Bonus for completing a 7-day work week with perfect attendance

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assemble components using hand and power tools Operate production and assembly equipment Inspect parts and report quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Complete production goals according to manufacturing schedules Perform basic preventative maintenance as instructed Follow all workplace safety procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience ✔ Ability to work overtime as needed ✔ Ability to follow instructions and work independently ✔ Strong attendance and reliability ✔ Basic math skills and attention to detail
