Job Description

Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, can use precision measuring tools, and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork. Schedule 1ST Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM 4-day work week Overtime as needed based on production requirements 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM
  • 3:00am 4-day work week Overtime as needed based on production requirements Benefits & Pay We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Pay for these positions DOE
  • $17•20 per hour.

Load and unload materials while monitoring machine cycles. Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, rulers, and other measuring equipment. Complete production and inspection documentation accurately. Report defective materials, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns promptly. Maintain production goals while meeting quality standards. Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety policies. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or
GED. 0-2
years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and rulers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull up to 25 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movement. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures and machine noise. Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
