Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly associate to join our manufacturing team on a four-day work schedule. We have first and third shift positions open. This position involves the precise assembly of mechanical component. The successful candidate will interpret technical drawings, schematics, to ensure accurate assembly according to manufacturing specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical knowledge and manual dexterity to contribute to high-quality production processes in a dynamic environment. Duties Assemble mechanical components Conduct quality checks using shop math and measurement instruments to ensure assemblies meet specified tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and best practices in manufacturing. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize production workflows. Document assembly steps and inspection results clearly for quality assurance purposes. Experience 1 year of assembly experience preferred Some quality inspection experience helpful

Hours:

Monday-Thursday - 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Sunday-Wednesday 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in mechanical assembly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. INDNP Pay:

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
