This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude who is ready to take on additional responsibility in a team-focused environment. In this position, you'll work hands-on with production equipment, including Form Fill Seal packaging machines and automated assembly machines . Responsibilities include machine changeovers and setups, minor machine adjustments, basic preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining production documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months of manufacturing experience , a high school diploma or GED, good mechanical and troubleshooting skills, basic computer skills, experience using hand tools, and the ability to communicate and work effectively with a team.
