Process Technician

3rd Shift (10:30 pm to 7:00 am) Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help optimize production workflows, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing facility. Duties Use computers on machines to set all parameters Trouble shoot production problems such as shorts and make necessary adjustments to create part to customer requirements Check all safety devices, safety mats, safety switches, drop bars etc. Check and set mold safety positions and pressures Ensure all ejector safeties are set Support plant manager as needed with all production related tasks Fill in for team leader when they are not availabe for a shift Production/scrap reporting accuracy Scrap% to company goals Other duties as assigned . Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Five years of factory related experience Ability to communicate in the English language - both written and spoken Must be able to read work instructions, use basic math, and hand tools including impact wrenches Knowledge of several types of injection machines and related computers used for programming Ability to program color feeders Thorough knowledge of injection molding process

Pay:

$24.61 - $29.63 per hour
