You will play a critical role in transforming raw materials into high-quality resin, ensuring our facility meets its sustainability and output targets through skilled equipment handling and proactive process management. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of industrial recycling machinery to ensure consistent production flow. Perform routine equipment maintenance and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Execute seamless process changeovers and conduct rigorous quality inspections to maintain product excellence. Manage material logistics by operating a forklift to transport goods safely across the production floor. Maintain a highly organized workspace by upholding 5S methodology and safety standards. Document production metrics to provide accurate data for operational reporting. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated proficiency in operating a forklift for material handling. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Physical capability to stand, walk, and navigate ladders or stairs throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Prior experience in plastic processing or recycling operations.
